| Description | Saotome Ranma and his father, Genma, after a journey to China where the two had fallen into cursed springs, turn into completely different entities. Ranma turns into a girl while his father becomes a panda. However the transition only takes place if they come in contact with cold water. And hot water reverses the transformation. But that is only one of Ranma's many problems. His father and Tendou made a deal that has Ranma and Akane, Tendou's youngest daughter, marry so that they can take over the family dojo in future.
